Hey, my name's Sophie, and I am the owner and creator of SW Property Maintenance and North Naturals. Before I opened this business, I had an array of different jobs ranging from a makeup artist to driving locomotives carting sugar cane. Although nothing seemed to satisfy me. In 2018, I moved to Tropical Far North Queensland and began cleaning. I enjoyed the light in people’s faces and the feedback of relief and joy they experienced coming home to a clean and organised home. It was so rewarding; I felt like I was giving back. However, there was still something playing on my mind. While servicing so many family homes, elderly individuals, and people who were conscious of what I was cleaning with, I knew I couldn’t continue using and being exposed to products with ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce. I was buying “natural” products, but I still wasn’t 100% sure what was in them; I had a bigger picture in mind. That’s when the idea for "North Naturals” popped up a gentle cleaning line that can be tailored to your preferences by smell, using 100% Australian essential oils. Working in the harsh, humid environment of Far North Queensland, I knew they also had to work! I have had so much excitement creating and using these products, and I cannot wait to share them with you, to protect our health and the environment. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do - Soph
